Latest Refractasnapshot

Hi fsr!

I'm on my phone, so I hope I can relay my question adequately.

There is an option in the latest refractasnapshot.conf file for encryption. The note says to uncomment it If you're planning to use an encrypted USB (or something to that effect). My stupid question is...does that pertain ONLY to USBs, or should it be uncommented to allow encryption on hard drives too?

If I need to post the actual section from the .conf file, let me know.

Thanks!

No, you don't need that option to install to encrypted hard drive. That's only if you're going to make a live-usb, and you need cryptsetup in the live image's initrd.
